Lot Essay

Thomas Wilson, furniture broker and appraiser, traded from 68 Great Queen Street between 1821 and 1829. From 1830 - 1837 the business continued as Mary Willson & Son, and thereafter it is listed as Matthew Wilson, furniture warehouse, furniture works and upholsterer until 1854.
