Comprising; two pieces modelled in Medieval dress and armour, possibly a king and a knight; a Dieppe carved ivory chess piece, possibly a pawn; two English turned bone pieces; an English ivory bishop; and an alabaster carved knight
The king -- 3 5/8 in. (9 cm.) high;
Together with nine German carved ivory chess pieces, 19th century, modelled as a Medieval king and queen, the rooks as elephants
