Qianlong (1735-1796)
The cups each variously decorated to the pear-shaped sides with a continuous scene of pagoda's in a river-landscape, flowers, and butterflies, all applied with twist-rope handle, the covers with floral finial, 8 cm. high; a pair of oval butter-tubs and covers and one stand painted with flowers below a composite band, the covers with bud finial, one cover restored, the stand 15.2 cm. wide, some minor rim frits (11)
