With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1944 and its subsequent sale on February 19th of the following year.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never before been offered in public.

Patek Philippe introduced the reference 600 in 1933 and it was one of their most popular dress watches ever produced. Also called "white tie" or "smoking" watch, its timeless, modernist design still enjoys great popularity amongst collectors.
