With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1998 and its subsequent sale on November 10th of the same year. Further accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated November 21, 1998, wooden presentation box, additional hard back, platinum setting pin, suede pouch leather envelope and product literature.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never before been offered in public.

Patek Philippe launched the reference 5004 in 1994.
