With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with black dial and diamond numerals in 1976 and its subsequent sale on June 18th of the following year.

Patek Philippe produced the reference 3619 from 1976 until approximately 1986. It is believed that production of this model was limited to approximately 50 examples. This is the only known example with the black dial and larger diamond numerals.
