With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1972 and its subsequent sale on August 18th, 1975.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never before been offered in public.

Patek Philippe produced the reference 3445 from 1961 until approximately 1981. Known as the Monodate the reference 3445 was produced in three series. The present watch is from the 2nd series with movement numbers beginning at 1.23xxxx, beginning around 1970.
