With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1938 and its subsequent sale on December 29th of the same year.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never before been offered in public.

Patek Philippe produced the reference 574 from 1938 until approximately 1940. The model was replaced by the larger Top Hat reference 1450. This is one of 10 watches known to the market and most are known to be in pink gold.
