With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1941 and its subsequent sale on August 26th, 1942.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never before been offered in public.

Patek Philippe produced the reference 1468 from 1940 until approximately 1952. To date the model is only known in pink gold.
