"The 2003 Haut-Brion blanc was ripe and incredibly forward at a recent dinner. On the nose there is a copious amount of ripe, passionfruit tropical fruit character. While there is still a lot of oak, the balance is quite fine. The wine showed a creamy texture and very good length - thoroughly convincing."
