"The '61 Palmer was ethereal and subtle, with a perfumed, cedary edge to the ripe black currant fruit character. On the palate, the wine is silken and fine, almost ethereal, but very powerful and still surprisingly youthful. Wonderful." At a client dinner, November 2009.
