Provenance
Acquired by Sir Sydney Barratt from Alfred Spero, 20 January 1956 (as by a Florentine master in the style of Lorenzo di Credi, late 15th or early 16th century), for Summerhill, Staffordshire and later installed at Crowe Hall, Bath, 1961 and by descent.
