TWO PEARLWARE MODELS OF A CHILD ASLEEP IN A CRADLE
CIRCA 1795-1810, THE LARGER STAFFORDSHIRE, THE SMALLER SCOTTISH (PORTOBELLO)
Each of Pratt type, hooded, basketweave-molded and resting on two rockers, the larger sponged in blue and yellow, the child wearing an ochre gown, the smaller of similar form, the cradle sponged in green and puce and canted at the foot, the child wearing a flower-sprigged gown and lying on a puce blanket
