The arched moulded cornice centred by an anchor coat-of-arms, above a pair of glazed doors enclosing three shelves above three drawers, between angled fluted ionic columns, the inverted breakfront lower section with two long drawers each simulated as three short panelled drawers, with swagged apron, on tapering block feet, inscribed in blue chalk '4621' to drawer and indistinct inscription to reverse, traces of gilding
