Grand canon en trois registres, de type hacquebute, à bouche évasée, large crochet sous le canon au niveau de la bouche, bassinet ouvert, sur un grand fût simplement dégrossi et maintenu par un large bracelet de fer, le fût muni d'une cheville de fer.

Possibly 15th century
With substantial three-stage barrel of hackbut type flaring towards the muzzle, large hook fitted beneath the barrel towards the muzzle, open pan, fitted to a large rough hewn stock and retained by a single large iron band, the stock with iron peg-mount.
