Tasting note: ...the 2000 Quinault l'Enclos is, nevertheless, an outstanding, fully mature St.-Emilion. Raspberry, blackcurrant, and floral characteristics are accompanied by striking elegance, but less richness and intensity than I noted seven years ago.
