Tasting note: Produced from 45-year-old vines, the 1999 Chambertin is medium to dark ruby-coloured. It has super-ripe, talcum, and blackberry aromas that lead to a medium to full-bodied wine of outstanding depth. Loads of oak-laced black fruits can be found throughout its zesty, firm character.
