Griffin, New York County Public Administrator, by the authority given her under Letters of Administration issued by the Surrogate's Court of the State of New York, County of New York. No claim has been asserted by any person or entity contesting the Estate's ownership of this work.

As part of the due diligence process, the Public Administrator has arranged for the buyer to receive at no additional cost an art title insurance policy (ATPI) issued by ARIS Title Insurance Corporation. Policies insure against defective title and provide indemnity for full value of the work (hammer price plus buyer's premium) plus outside the limit of liability defense costs. Detailed information about how to obtain your art title insurance policies for certain designated lots will be provided upon request to successful bidders and other interested parties. Policies will be dated and provide coverage from the date that title transfers pursuant to paragraph 4(b) herein and the buyer provides ARIS with their name and contact details.
