EARLY 19TH CENTURY
The circular figured tilt-top with reeded edges above turned pedestal and downswept supports terminating in brass caps and casters, underside with paper label 'MRS. GURNEY'
26¾ in. (68 cm.) high; 53 5/8 in. (136.3 cm.) diameter
Provenance
The label, 'MRS GURNEY' reflects a lost inventory of chattels taken at Shakenhurst after 1906 and before 1950 when Shakenhurst was administered by the Public Trustees.
