The serpentine top centred by a flower-filled urn and mask, flanked by perching birds within a tulipwood crossbanded border, above a pair of foliate inlaid drawers and a shaped apron, the sides with further urns and mermen, on tapering legs with foliate sabots, stamped 'VL' beneath a crown
