Finely painted on one side with butterflies in flight amidst poppies, with a poem in black enamel preceded by one seal reading jiali (fine and beautiful) and followed by two further seals, with a pair of gilt-decorated iron-red ruyi-scepter handles, and with decorative borders at the mouth rim and on the spreading foot, the base with an apocryphal Qianlong mark in blue enamel
