The choker with four rows of slightly graduated pearls, set to the front with a heart shaped sapphire and ruby between tapered lines of pavé-set brilliant-cut diamonds, calibré-cut rubies and sapphires, accompanied by a similarly set cuff bangle and pair of earrings, choker and cuff inner circumference 9.5cm and 5.5cm respectively, earrings 2.6cm long
