A RARE INCISED AND GREEN-GLAZED 'DRAGON' BOWL
KANGXI SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE WITHIN A DOUBLE CIRCLE AND OF THE PERIOD (1662-1722)
With steep sides rising to the flared rim, finely incised on the exterior with two striding dragons in pursuit of pearls amidst clouds and flames and above crashing waves, all under a pale mint-green glaze
6 1/8 in. (15.5 cm.) diam.
