A FAMILLE ROSE FIVE-PIECE GARNITURE
LATE 19TH CENTURY
Comprising a censer of rectangular section, a pair of faceted beaker-form vases (fanggu), and a pair of candlesticks, also of square section: all decorated with buddhistic lions, the censer raised on four iron-red lion mask and paw supports and with a pair of removable, curved handles decorated in pale and darker blue enamel with bats in flight amidst clouds
