The sides and cover flat-chased and engraved with spiral bands incorporating diaper-work, rocaille and rococo flowers, the side handles modelled as foliate scrolls terminating in savage beasts, made to match the preceding lot and engraved to the base 'Presented to Walter Basil Graham Montgomery on his marriage by the town council of Kinross and the inhabitants of the district.'
