SIGNED AHMAD, IRAN, 12TH CENTURY
Rising from trumpet foot to bulbous body with flat shoulder, the thin faceted neck with bulbous mouth, dome-shaped hinged lid and wide curved spout, 'S'-shaped handle with knop and triangular finial, band of strapwork with circular engraved indentations on mid section of body, roundel medallion with engraved circular indentaion, engraved signature on upper body under spout, slight indications of corrosion
