IRAN, PROBABLY SHIRAZ, FIRST HALF 19TH CENTURY
One predominantly mirrored within coloured glass minor borders, the other predominantly in coloured glass within mirrored glass minor borders, each of arched form worked with very fine wooden strips forming geometric interlace designs enclosing pieces of mirrored and coloured glass, the central rectangular panel with stellar rosettes within a similar border, surmounted by an arched panel with geometric interlace including pentagonal rosette panels around a central stellar panel containing an inscription, set within a border of radiating panels between floral openwork stripes, in later frame, later reinforcement struts behind, hinges at side, a few restorations
