OTTOMAN TURKEY, 18TH CENTURY
Three kards of almost identical form set in a single sheath, silver repoussé hilts decorated with scrolling floral motifs, watered steel blades with applied gold decoration and single line of naskh inscription, sheath with two symmetrical bands of coral and turquoise inlaid decoration followed by repoussé silver decoration with a frigate, an Ottoman mosque, and scrolling flowers ending in fish scale pattern, chape in form of stylised fish head, good condition
Sheath 11¾in. (30cm.); daggers 13in. (33cm.)
