Opuscula mathematica, philosophica et philologica, edited by Salvenni di Castiglione, Lausanne & Geneva: Marcus-Michael Bousquet, 1744, 3 volumes, 4° (240 x 190mm.), FIRST EDITION, titles printed in red and black, 64 folding engraved g plates, 2 folding letterpress tables, with "Avis" to bookbinders on final leaf of volume III (leaves spotted throughout, some gatherings browned, ex library copy with stamps, vol. III lacks front free endpaper), contemporary vellum boards (vols. I & II mislabelled, library labels to spines), sprinkled edges. [Babson 9; Brunet IV, 48; Wallis 2].
(ii) Philosophiae naturalis principia mathematica, Geneva: Barrillot & Filii, 1739 [-42], 3 volumes, 4° (236 x 184mm.), FIRST JESUITS EDITION, illustrations (lacking half title to vol. I and title to first part of vol. III, library marks on titles to vols. I & II cancelled in ink, other stamps, some browning and occasional spotting), contemporary half calf and marbled boards (extremities rubbed, paper labels to spines), marbled edges. Verbeek, 1732, 4° (247 x 197mm.), 13 folding engraved plates, vignette to title, title printed in red and black (upper margin of B2 stained, occasional light thumb-soiling), contemporary calf (joints cracked but cords firmly holding), sprinkled edges.
