Each formed from a ridged hoop bordered by spirally-twisted wire, tapering to a single wire point, the head of a horned lion-griffin emerging from a collar ornamented with filigree tongues, spirals and plain wire, the horns and crest made separately and inserted into the feline head, the mouth open to receive the tip of the hoop
