Tasting Note: The 1990 Mouton was savory and ripe on the nose, with lush black fruits and an earthy cast. On the palate the wine was mouth-filling and luscious, with soft tannins, full body, and a generous finish. A second bottle was similar, but not nearly as vibrant. CC, February 2010
