Of square section on a spreading foot and with flaring neck, the sides with lion-mask and loose-ring handles, decorated to the body and neck with bands of taotie masks, stylised phoenix, and stiff upright leaves enclosing kui dragons, interspersed by smaller bands of scrolling flowers, the foot decorated to each side with a horse, qilin, Buddhist lion and ram, all amidst crashing waves
