With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 14 August 1993 and Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1993 and its subsequent sale on 14 August 1993. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe original fitted brown presentation box and outer packaging.

To the best of our knowledge, the present watch has never been offered in public before.

Reference 5000 in white gold was produced in a limited series of 1000 examples between 1992 and 1993.
