18K, ovoid, with melon-fluting, the saucer a stylized flowerhead, engraved overall with fruit and flowers, the handle set with 20 circular diamonds, some old-mine cut, the center of the cover bezel-set with a smaller old-mine cut diamond, marked under bases of cup and saucer and on bezel of cover, with post-1938 hallmarks for Cairo 18 karat
The saucer 6 3/8 in. (16.2 cm.) diameter; 30 oz. (943.5 gr.) including diamonds
