Depicting Saint George and the Dragon, circular with scalloped edges of black and white champlevé enamel framing the figure of Saint George and the Dragon, surrounded by eight table-cut and collet-set rubies, the jewel suspended by a gold and pearl chain from a black and white striped enamel flowerhead decorated with five table-cut and collet-set rubies in the shape of a cross, the pendant suspending a pearl, apparently unmarked
