CIRCA 1689-1694, PROBABLY VAUXHALL
Painted in shades of blue and orange with portraits of the King and Queen, crowned, bust-length, William wearing coronation robes, between the initials WMR, the lower part painted with drapery, within concentric blue circles (minor hairline cracks, minor rim chipping)
