AN ENGLISH DELFT BLUE-DASH POLYCHROME DISH
CIRCA 1740, PROBABLY LAMBETH
Painted in blue, green, yellow and iron-red with a stylised bird below an insect, between sponged trees, on a grassy mound, within blue lines and dash border, the reverse with a tin-glaze (small restored rim chips, filled hairline crack, minor glaze cracks and chipping)
10 3/8 in. (26.3 cm.) diam.
