A Moghul style ivory cylindrical vase
carved with interlacing arabesques and foliage, with similar silver mounts -- 5½in. (14cm) high; an Indian sandal wood table cabinet on four recumbent lion feet carved with panels of multi armed deities amongst scrolling foliage within numerous bands of arabesques and geometric bands, fitted with two doors and four drawers -- 24in. (61cm) high; and a similar rectangular box and cover carved with panels of standing deities among foliage, the sides with mythical birds and animals, the interior fitted with a silver presentation plaque to 'The Most Honble The Marquess of Lansdowne, Viceroy and Governor General of India, dated 12th November 1892' -- 13½in. (34.3cm) long.
