CIRCA 1750, BLUE FLEUR DE LYS MARKS
Probably painted by Giovanni Caselli with still lives of fruit including pomegranates and a cut melon before trees and foliage within shield-shaped double gilt line cartouches, the angular handles and rims enriched in gilding (cup with slight flake to ground, minute crack to rim, slight firing crack to handle terminal, saucer with minute firing fault nick to underside of rim, very slight scratching to clouds on scene)
