"At a recent dinner, the 1999 Latour began as supple and perfumed, in keeping with my impression of the vintage. It showed an uncharacteristically feminine note of violets to the fresh currant fruit character, and on the palate it was silken and fresh. With time in the glass, however, it took on weight and showed a more typical density and weight." At Maison Pourcel in Shanghai, CC, September 2010.
