The first painted with exotic birds perched on trees among shrubs and grasses, the second with birds in flight within elaborate gilt scroll, flower and foliage cartouches and between gilt line and dentil rims, the ormolu mounts with divided foliage-scroll handles and four foliage and hoof feet (the first bowl with a deep scratch to the edge of one cartouche, some further lighter glaze scratching)
