MARK OF JOHN CRADDOCK AND WILLIAM REID, LONDON, 1819, THE SPOONS WITH MARK OF WILLIAM ELEY AND WILLIAM FEARN, LONDON, 1822
Each bombé circular on paw feet, (one patched), chased with foliage and scrolls on textured ground, with fruiting grapevine cast ribbon-tied reeded border, engraved with a crest, the spoons King's pattern, each marked underneath, three with blue glass liners
3 5/8 in. (9.2 cm.) diam.
34 oz. (1,049 gr.)
The crest is that of Miles, presumably for William Miles (d.1844), of Clifton, Gloucestershire and Firbeck Hall, Yorkshire. He married Frances Harriot (d.1877), daughter of Joshua Jebb (1769-1845), in 1829. (8)
