The foliate carved baluster stem with three pierced fluted handles, the foliate carved tapering circular platform issuing six pierced and scrolled branches with hatched motifs and acanthus, with gadrooned drip-pans and nozzles, above a foliate boss with turned finials, replacements to the turned finials and drip-pans, the platform with six cut-off mitre joints, suggesting that the branch arrangement has been repositioned, regilt, one finial missing, branches altered
