The ovoid body of hammered sheet, with a rounded base and separately-cast wide rim ornamented with tongues on its flat upper surface, beading at the outer edge, and tongues overhanging below, the vessel body with engraved tongues on the shoulders, a band below with animals and monsters facing left, divided by branches, including a lion, a panther, a dog, a goat, a dog, a deer, a dog, a boar, a right-facing animal (its head lost), a boar, a right-facing lion, a lion, a triton with a fish in each hand, a hippocamp, a dog, and a goat
