Sculpted in high relief with Bacchus, depicted nude, standing frontal on a ground line, his left leg slightly advanced and bent at the knee, a thyrsus in his right hand, an animal skin over his left shoulder and around his arm, leaning on a pillar, holding a drinking cup, with lidded eyes and parted lips, his thick, wavy hair adorned with a wreath of ivy and berries, a small panther at his feet to his left with its head angled up, framed by a stepped border
