Centered by a figure of Juno, inscribed Somme and with spurious incised interlaced L's mark, the shaped basin inset with rectangular plaques each finely painted frolicking and garland-bearing putti, the plaques indistinctly signed, centered on the front and reverse with a pair of garland-bearing cherubs flanking a gilt-decorated musical trophy, the basin flanked on each side by a Bacchante term, one grasping a thyrsus and the other a blossoming floral garland, the reverse of four acanthus mounts incised BB, raised on square fluted supports
