Lot Essay

The vendor explains that he first met Hendrix when he was performing with Curtis Knight in a club near Times Square, and that they subsequently became good friends. Quashie elaborates that he worked with Bradley Pierce of the Salvation Disco, a venue Hendrix played many times, the last time being in Sept. 1969.
