CHURCHILL, Winston S. (1874-1965). Autograph letter signed ('Winston S.C.') to [his cousin] Ivor [Guest, later 1st Viscount Wimborne], [?Balmoral], 6 September 1902, returning an article of Ivor's which he has corrected, and describing the pleasures of deer-stalking with the King [Edward VII], boasting 'Today I stalked deer & slew in two shots after one hour's walk two fat ones' and hoping that this will absolve him for the year; the King and court are present and 'we move among the great ones of the earth', one page, 8vo, bifolium.
