盌撇口，弧腹，圈足。形製規整，製作精細。通體施黃釉，釉面勻淨。明清時期皇家對黃釉器的使用有著嚴格的等級規定，此對黃釉盌在清代應為皇帝、皇后專用器。
此器最早源自美國堪薩斯城納爾遜美術館，現藏家於1995年購自Milton McGreevy遺產。
