WANLI SIX-CHARACTER MARK WITHIN DOUBLE-CIRCLES AND OF THE PERIOD (1573-1619)
With shallow rounded sides rising to a slightly everted rim from a short foot, painted in underglaze and enamelled on the exterior with nine children at play in a landscape scene, below a band of stylised waves around the rim, the interior with a simplified dragon within double-circles, blue borders at the interior rim and foot ring
